By using Fund Flow's services, you agree to participate in simulated trading evaluations under the published rules. Fund Flow provides evaluation accounts on demo environments; funded accounts trade firm capital under the same risk parameters.

Challenge fees are one-time and non-refundable except where explicitly stated, including the first-payout fee refund for successful evaluations. Fund Flow reserves the right to terminate accounts found violating the trading rules or engaging in prohibited practices.

All payouts are subject to verification and admin approval. Fund Flow processes payouts within 24 hours of approval via the supported methods.

Fund Flow collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and deliver evaluations. This includes your name, email, payment metadata, and trading activity within our platforms.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is stored encrypted and shared only with payment processors and regulatory authorities where legally required.

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Trading derivatives and foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

Fund Flow evaluations are conducted on simulated accounts. Past performance in a simulated environment is not indicative of future results in live markets.

Challenge fees are refundable in full with your first successful funded payout. If you do not pass the evaluation, the fee is non-refundable.

In the event of a platform error causing an invalid disqualification, Fund Flow will reset the evaluation at no cost or issue a full refund at its discretion.

Duplicate or accidental purchases may be refunded within 14 days provided no trading activity has occurred on the account.
